On May 18, 2008, My cousin Mary and I went to visit my parents in Galena. Beautiful weather and a herd of humming birds approach my parent’s bird feeder. They make the bird’s food (1 part sugar, 3 parts water) everyday in the summer months. They have to fill it up at least twice a day. Amazing!!!

Every evening my friend Bryce gets a lot of humming birds at his feeder. I took Freddy there on our 19th wedding anniversary to watch them.

Our hummers Aug. 2009. They won”t be here much longer. We have 15 feeders probably over 150 birds…We refill all the feeders every day…We will miss them when they fly south!! We are in Chromo Colorado.
